Membership does not guarantee entry during private functions or capacity restrictions.

The Aquatarium hosts special events such as Mermaids and Pirates, and closes for certain weeks each year to prepare for these events and complete exhibit updates and maintenance. During these periods, general admission or access to certain areas may be unavailable. These scheduled closures are part of normal operations and do not qualify for membership refunds or extensions.
