Notice: Our primary elevator is out of service until further notice. Please ask a staff member for directions to the alternate elevator or stairs. Note that the 4th floor exhibit is only accessible by stairs, but the 3rd floor remains accessible via the alternate elevator.

Tickets can be pre-booked online, or purchased at reception.
Children 12 years and under MUST be accompanied by a paying adult at ALL times.
Infants (2 years & under) are free to attend the Aquatarium with their guardian who has paid admission.
Visitors with a disability or special needs, when paying full price admission, may be accompanied by their attendant for free.
We accept Access 2 Entertainment cards upon arrival as verification.
Slot registration for attendants is required. Service animals are allowed in the Aquatarium with proper documentation.
