Ahoy, mateys! We're beyond excited to announce the return of your favourite high-seas crew - the Pirates of Halifax be sailin' back fer year two of unforgettable fun! Mark yer calendars for October 10th - 13th, 2025, and get ready for a swashbucklin' adventure!

MERMAIDS ADVENTURE!

2025 will be the first year that we will not only have one week of Mermaids, but two! Join us from March 1st - March 16th for an unforgettable experience filled with Mermaid magic and fun for the whole family. To get your early bird tickets, please click here.

An exciting addition to our beloved Mermaids event is that our guests will have the chance to meet International Mermaids! Explore the Aquatarium and meet every mermaid from each International Pavilion. To learn more and see what Pavilions will be present at the event, please click here.

Looking for more Mermaid magic to enjoy? During the entire Mermaids event, the Brockville Arts Hub will be putting on an amazing and unique Mermaid show! Enjoy the show as well as exclusive meet and greets with Mermaids after the show. For more information and to get your tickets, please click here.

This year promises to be bigger, better, and more swashbucklin' than ever! Ye can expect live sea shanties straight from the Pirates themselves, an exciting new puppet show, pirate quests, pirate pony rides, and plenty more surprises hidden in every corner of the cove!

Pirates, Pints & Shanties is a special fundraiser with the Pirates of Halifax in support of the Aquatarium! Guests can enjoy an evening of sea shanties, laughter, and good cheer - all while helping offset rising food costs and supporting the best possible care for our animals.

Pirates, Pints & Shanties will take place Friday, October 10th from 6:30pm - 10pm at The Keystorm Pub - tickets are on sale now!

Please note: Pirates, Pints & Shanties is a separate event from our regular Pirates at the Aquatarium program.
